4. How long will it take to receive my item?
We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery should then take place within 5-10 business days.

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us here with your order number and we'll investigate.
6. Do you offer any discount codes (pretty please!)?
We got you! You can receive 10% off your first order by signing up to our email marketing. We promise not to spam you!

10. Why is my order split into multiple packages?
We want you to receive your items as quickly as possible. For that reason, we'll sometimes ship larger orders in batches so you can begin enjoying your Pixie Charms even sooner!
